Follow this link to get started on getting your files. Follow the prompt and make sure to select JSON.
We know it says it may take up to 14 days to get your files, but you should receive the link in a couple of minutes. Download it and Go to Folder > followers_and_following and there you should see the two files you need.
I already have an app for this, what's so different about this? When you log into a third-party service with your username and password, you don't know what sort of malicious activities could be happening behind the scenes. You also risk having your account being suspended or banned on Instagram.
